District Package $8,000
1 meeting with Superintendent or Chief Academic Officer to establish needs
3 district Academic Team meetings to discuss current efforts/SWOT analysis (total of up to 6 hours)
1 Chief Academic Officer meeting (up to 2 hours)
Full Data Analysis (accountability data, TWC data, FAM-S rubrics, digital learning rubrics, or other as appropriate)
10 School Visits (district selects schools) 1 hour each location
Mileage included (if within 30 miles)
1 Final report with customized strategies and a support plan map
1 final meeting (with desired team) to share support plan strategies.
Sharing of support plan templates and accountability models
Board presentation if desired
