Whether you’re hosting an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, we can help plan your event from start to finish. We can create a full theme and event design—or you can share your vision, and we’ll bring it to life. From invitations and décor to catering, entertainment, and managing RSVPs, we handle every detail with care.

We plan a wide range of events, including fundraising events, retreats, celebrations, strategic planning sessions, convocations, back-to-school events, family fest events, and more. Event planning is a bit of an art and depends on the scale and type of event. For that reason the packages listed below are estimates and exemplars of the type of work that we do. Reach out and we can schedule a consult to discuss your needs and provide you with a more detailed and accurate quote.

Event Planning Sample Package

1 in person meeting to discuss budget, theme, scope of project, etc.
1 project timeline and map for review prior to work
Invitation development and management of RSVP's
Development of social media marketing posts
Scheduling of catering or equipment delivery
Development of event presentation or video (client provides content)
Development of event reminders or save the date cards
Ordering and design of event swag or gifts (pens, cups, mugs, shirts, etc at additional cost)
Logo design for the event
Day of the event on site support
Event agenda and "to do" list
Event set up (decorations, room set up, materials, etc)
Event music and sound if needed
Planning of event activities
Meeting with support staff prior to event
Short wrap up video (3-5 min.) of event to use for social media or desired use.
