Our leadership coaching services are designed for both district or school leaders and can be customized for any length of time that best fits your needs. Through on-site observation, data review, and a structured coaching cycle, we work alongside leaders to help them reflect, grow, and strengthen their practice. With experience supporting school and district leadership across multiple systems, we bring a proven, collaborative approach to improving leadership effectiveness. Each coaching engagement includes a detailed coaching log and a final report with insights, recommendations, and next steps—because we believe in rolling up our sleeves and supporting leaders in meaningful, actionable ways. -Let's get to work!
Principal Package 1/2 Year-$4,000
21 weeks (January-May)
1 meeting with district staff to discuss needs if desired (virtual or in person)
5 in person meetings with principal in school
15 virtual meetings with principal
1 action plan with recommendations
1 final report
Data analysis
Mileage included (if within 30 miles)
Sharing of templates and other artifacts of support
Principal Package Full Year-$8,000
July-May
1 meeting with district staff to discuss needs if desired (virtual or in person)
10 in person meetings with principal in school
Up to 30 virtual meetings with principal
1 action plan with recommendations or reporting on district required plan of support
1 final report and a mid year report (meeting to review with desired staff if desired)
Data analysis initial and throughout the year with the principal
Mileage included (if within 30 miles)
Sharing of templates and other artifacts of support
Other Coaching Support- $150 per hour or develop a "build your own plan"
